We’re from Pgh and sail the Chesapeake. Since we needed 2 cars inspected that were in Balt, I found Witmer’s to be close for us. Brian we great and scheduled the inspections. he communicated with us and even gave us some recommended work to be done at next service interval. Had a great lunch at the Cove while waiting

Fair man gives you the notes that need done to your car. Gives you the opportunity too fix the problem yourself cannot be mad one bit. Def will be back appreciate the business I had a inspection done btw

I can not thank Brian and his team enough. It's hard to find shops in the area well knowledgeable about diesels unless you want to go straight to the dealer. It started as a Alternator problem and quickly the truck spiraled into a fuel issue less than 24 hours after the alternator was done. To no fault of theirs. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and worked with my secondary warranty company to help get some costs covered. To my surprise it was done a few days later. I didn't expect to see it for another week! I will definitely continue to use Witmers for anything my truck needs from oil changes to larger repairs. Thank you guys so much for your help, knowledge, and very quick timeliness! You will always be a recommendation!

Had a quick emergency where my vehicle was giving a “engine overheating warning.” I was able to bring my vehicle in to Witmer without an appointment to get a diagnostic done. Though I had to wait a bit…I’m glad Witmer was able to squeeze me in to run the diagnostic which they addressed the problem with the error message and was able to provide an answer to the problem without breaking the wallet. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than I thought but the staff was honest and upfront about the repairs and provided me with some useful information to get it resolved. KUDOS to Bryan and the mechanic Tony for helping me out in a short time period and for great customer service and hospitality. I definitely recommend this location for any vehicle service you may need!

While traveling through the mountains on our vacation, we found ourselves in the city of York and desperately needed a brake job.
